Due to the high demand for CBD capsules, Medihemp has now also launched a lighter variant besides the 5% capsules. These 2.5% CBD capsules are at a lower rate, but otherwise identical to the more powerful 5% capsules.
What’s in the capsules?
The capsules are filled with the same Medihemp CBD oil available in the bottles and dripped under your tongue. Taking capsules has many advantages. The taste of CBD oil is not always experienced as pleasant. By using the capsules, you do not taste the intake of the CBD oil. In addition, the amount of intake at each capsule is exactly equal, where determining the exact amount of drops can sometimes be a little more difficult.
Medihemp’s new 2.5% capsules contains 12.5mg of CBD per capsule. This way you can easily track and monitor how much CBD you take. If you want to compare with drops; One 2.5% capsule contains 10 drops of 2.5% CBD oil. Of course, with the 5% capsules, it is as much as 10 drops of 5% CBD oil.
Furthermore, it is easier to use capsules than regular oil. They are easily taken with water (or another drink). This can be done in any situation and takes little time. So, it is ideal for travelling!

What is the difference between CBD oil and CBD capsules?
As you might know, there are no differences in the oil you get in. The capsules are simply filled with the same CBD oil that you also find in the bottles. However, there is a difference in how the body absorbs it. By dropping CBD oil under your tongue, the CBD is absorbed rapidly and through the mucous membranes in your mouth. In capsules, the oil is released into the stomach and the oil is also absorbed through the stomach/intestines. This is a bit slower than ingestion through the mucous membranes of the mouth.
